We had a hot water tank die on us on Sat arvo, and managed to get contact details for Nik. He was very proactive, despite a personal matter requiring priority and by Monday we had a very reasonable quote and his Business partner came and replaced our cylinder. Dylan was very professional and personable, and got the job done in a couple of hours. Cleaned up beautifully and took the old tank away. Fantastic service throughout and made light of a difficult install in a small cupboard. These guys provide a great service.
Reliable, professional and honest. Highly recommend these guys!
Dylan and Nik have been repeatedly helpful, efficient, and reliable. Great communicators, fair prices, and punctual. Highly recommend their services!
Nick made a same day visit to fix a continuous leak - made an assessment - got the part - came back and fixed it within an hour - no fuss no mess and at a very reasonable price . Excellent friendly service - great contact to have.
Friendly. Professional. Understanding.
