BTP attended promptly and located the source of a mysterious leak causing floor tiles to discolour. Great detective work guys! They fixed several other minor plumbing issues, and charged modestly. I hope their business grows and grows.

We had a hot water tank die on us on Sat arvo, and managed to get contact details for Nik. He was very proactive, despite a personal matter requiring priority and by Monday we had a very reasonable quote and his Business partner came and replaced our cylinder. Dylan was very professional and personable, and got the job done in a couple of hours. Cleaned up beautifully and took the old tank away. Fantastic service throughout and made light of a difficult install in a small cupboard. These guys provide a great service.
