I had such a positive experience thanks to the dental assistant Casey. She was, professional, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. They explained everything clearly, were gentle and attentive, and made the visit so much easier than I expected. You could tell she genuinely cared about their patients. Highly recommend!

Receptionists went out of their way to accommodate and to remind me of the appointment. Both the dental hygienist and dental assistant were very thorough, informative and addressed my queries/ concerns. They also had a sense of humour and checked how I was going throughout. Excellent service

My appointment went really well. The doctor was very patient, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful too. Would definitely recommend this clinic!

I am a scaredy cat when it comes to going to see the Dentist, that was until I came across Helen Powis. I have seen her several times and she always puts me at ease and now I don't sit in the waiting room feeling sick with nerves. I never get nervous now. The Reception Staff, especially Leah, are always so down to earth and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile on their face.

We respect the Best Street Dental team for the delivery of health service that is always professional, efficient, organised and caring. We totally trust the full team from dentist Dr Helen Powis through to Leah and the reception team! As we progress into our senior years we really appreciate the Best Street Dental expertise and commitment to high quality and the latest and most appropriate procedures in dental treatments.
