Great service, but the part wasn't new. It may have taken out of hub for an upgrade. Update: The guys at the shop rang me and were going to swap it over, but after they explained the situation i said no its all good. Very happy, and it's definitely a new ratchet. That's what I call great customer service, which is hard to find.
Very happy with the sales experience at Berwick Cycles, the staff patiently explained the features of the bike and then set it up so I could take it the same day.
Excellent service work done do for very reasonable $$. Great advice and expertise was appreciated. Booked me to fit me in at their busiest time of the year to help me out - even though I’d never been there before. Great staff. The boss guy, is it Simon?, was especially helpful. Recommend highly!
I received very prompt and helpful service from the team at Berwick Cycles. The sales assistant gave me all the information I needed to consider various options, and advised about delivery time and cost. She really helped me make a well-informed decision. Service was also excellent at pickup despite it being a very busy time - just before Christmas. Well done team!
I’m very happy with the service from Berwick Cycles. They were very helpful with my inquiries. I had to get a new chain guide to suit my bike after upgrading to SRAM T-Type Transmission and their input was helpful in selecting a part that would do the job correctly.
