Such a great bike store. All the team members were helpfully and very knowledgeable with any questions I had. After my bike purchase they offered a complementary service to be done by a set time, I was unable to get the bike back to them before that date but they were happy to still book it in after the due date. I definitely recommend this store if you’re in the market for a bike or just have some queries.
Absolutely brilliant top notch service from Sam "the taller more handsome one" (according to him). Excellent experience in-person and over the phone, from providing reassurance and sound information, as well as just all round being friendly. Legend. I will definitely be doing my services/repairs here and picking up more goodies in the future. Can't go wrong with this team. P.S. took the new bike out for a spin and she rides like a dream, 100% satisfied customer.

Great bunch of blokes extremely helpful took my new bike in to get brakes done, turns out needed more than that but they always kept me up to dates with parts ordered and time frame and got the bike up to scratch basically brand new. Highly recommend ! Very happy !
