I care for one of the patients that attends this medical centre and I couldn’t give them anything less than 5 stars. The staff and Dr Fan are so friendly and supportive, they actually care about there patients which is very hard to find these days. The nursing staff get a big shout out as well as they do impeccable work with dressings, vaccines and always having a smile on their faces regardless of how difficult the patient is. I love it here, they are so pleasant and accommodating. It’s also easy to set an appointment and call them. They always have that smile on their faces and you’ll feel at ease. The doctors are also nice and easy to talked to. The place or clinic itself is really nice and clean.

Have been with Bertha Street medical centre for more than 8 years and have never had a time with them my doctor has always been ontop of all my medical issues is a wonderful doctor and will keep coming back while I still can.

I made my first appointment here after trying out a few doctors around and I can say that I have had nothing but good experiences with this doctor surgery. The staff are lovely. I have not had a problem yet. Highly recommend

Reception is understandably always under the pump here. However the staff do their best exercising patience and consideration in sometimes difficult situations. Jo, especially, has a calmness and confidence that is really appreciated.
