I made my first appointment here after trying out a few doctors around and I can say that I have had nothing but good experiences with this doctor surgery. The staff are lovely. I have not had a problem yet. Highly recommend
I love it here, they are so pleasant and accommodating. It’s also easy to set an appointment and call them. They always have that smile on their faces and you’ll feel at ease. The doctors are also nice and easy to talked to. The place or clinic itself is really nice and clean.
Reception is understandably always under the pump here. However the staff do their best exercising patience and consideration in sometimes difficult situations. Jo, especially, has a calmness and confidence that is really appreciated.
Do not recommend Dr Jackson fan. He was not supportive or assistive at all for my elderly father. Very rude and abrupt. Everytime we went in with an issue would be told to rebook and come back another day as he did not have time meanwhile we had a double appointment. We were never in there for more then 10 mins at a time. Nurses and reception are lovely but do not see this doctor if you are elderly or want someone who will actually listen and want to help you.
We were told by the Dr that we could be seen for a walk in before 7:30, we were infact there before 7:30 for a palletive care case and was turned away. We asked to leave a message for the Dr and they Will give him a message when they say it might be a while to get to him. The receptionists must have better things to do than their jobs. 🙄
