From the team behind the desk to my Doctor Kennedy and the Physio Chris. I've been looked after with care and understanding. They're always courteous. Rose, Joanne who always recognises me and makes me feel welcome and like a person... not a number. The ladies (treatment room)who gives me the needle ( that i hate) but they put me at ease. Pathology and Christine who helped with my plan. Doesnt judge, treats me as a woman. Thank you to all the staff at Bertha Street. I really appreciate knowing you are close by.
I care for one of the patients that attends this medical centre and I couldn’t give them anything less than 5 stars. The staff and Dr Fan are so friendly and supportive, they actually care about there patients which is very hard to find these days. The nursing staff get a big shout out as well as they do impeccable work with dressings, vaccines and always having a smile on their faces regardless of how difficult the patient is. I’ve had a great experience at Bertha Street Medical Centre. The staff are always welcoming and organised, and the doctors actually take the time to listen instead of rushing you out the door. Booking appointments is easy, the wait times are reasonable, and the place is always clean and comfortable. It’s one of the few clinics where I feel genuinely looked after. Highly recommend.
We have been seeing a doctor at this facility since it opened over 13 years ago. Even though we no longer live in the region and take nearly 2 hours travel by train to get here we still come here. The doctor who we see is great and we will keep coming here to see him because we feel that he is the best doctor for our needs.
The ladies at the front counter are always helpful (even though they are always very busy), and the doctor we have been taking dad to see has been amazing. Very happy with the service.
