I made my first appointment here after trying out a few doctors around and I can say that I have had nothing but good experiences with this doctor surgery. The staff are lovely. I have not had a problem yet. Highly recommend
I love it here, they are so pleasant and accommodating. It’s also easy to set an appointment and call them. They always have that smile on their faces and you’ll feel at ease. The doctors are also nice and easy to talked to. The place or clinic itself is really nice and clean.
The staff are very professional and friendly. Dr Kennedy is a wonderful doctor. There are a few concerns at a practice level that prevent them from getting a 5 star review. 1. The lengthy delays in answering their phones. Perhaps the practice should consider employing more administrative staff or look into AI options to improve productivity. 2. Mostly good doctors, except one that has the in out factor, my female doctor is great and me and mum have been with her for years. The only issue is since the amalgamation of 2 clinics into one..even tho you have an appointment you can still wait up to an hour n half. But the staff and ladies behind the desk are always friendly and helpful despite all they have to deal with. It can be a long wait for a blood test but there's other places in town that you can go to for blood tests so it's no big deal. Parking can be an issue ... read more
Reception is understandably always under the pump here. However the staff do their best exercising patience and consideration in sometimes difficult situations. Jo, especially, has a calmness and confidence that is really appreciated.
