I just wanted to mention that I have many times been to the clinic, but never have I come across a receptionist as helpful as Angela she had the biggest most welcoming smile and even though the line up was massive it didn't seems to bother her. I saw how she was with the other patients calm and collected taking time to explain things clearly. Ange is so helpful and the best by far. Nothing is ever too hard and she is always caring to all if the patients. I would have to say that Ange is the best receptionist/admin person I have ever dealt with. When you are sick you just need something and she can always make me smile.

Doctors are great but the reception service is very poor. Have been trying to contact them for a simple information from last 4 days. After hours of long wait on the phone, all I am being told to ring back tomorrow or they will call back after checking the information, still waitingfor that call back. Today, someone just hung up on me while I was talking on the phone with them. Would not go back there, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there either

Waited on the phone for 1hour and 45 minutes. Can’t those poor starving doctors affford more staff. Went to the appointment was not told he does not bulk bill anymore so didn’t check in at the reception on the way out and now have recieved in the mail a bill for $87.00. When I called again to check on this, luckily I was given a call back and didn’t have to wait on the phone for another hour plus’ I was informed that Dr Swart now does not bulk bill and we have to pay it. We spent over 21/2 hrs waiting on the phone having been told by the machine there was a 10 min wait, trying to respond to a call from the centre. High call volume and extended wait time should not take this much time. Reception efficiency so so, medical staff great, cleanliness great.
