I just wanted to mention that I have many times been to the clinic, but never have I come across a receptionist as helpful as Angela she had the biggest most welcoming smile and even though the line up was massive it didn't seems to bother her. I saw how she was with the other patients calm and collected taking time to explain things clearly. I went in with a family member two days ago to see a doctor at 8:00am and had the best service I have ever received from the receptionist at the doctors her name was Karen. She was helpful and understanding. I could see that she actually cared about patients and helping us and not just there to take our money. The reception team all had such a positive attitude and made the doctors feel a little less daunting.
Dr hitchen was fantastic. Very caring about my health. Would highly recommend Also want to say how wonderful Sharon is at reception. She is always happy smiling and so friendly. A big assets to the practice. Thanks Sharon you are amazing
We have seen Dr Adnan who is a thorough, kind holistic doctor. He didn't rush us through our appointment and gave his time. Highly recommend. We also saw Nurse Crumistina Jamison the Care Plan Nurse. She did a wonderful job and advocated for us. Very caring.
I had an appointment at your clinic for my son as a new patient. I was served by Ange who gave amazing customer service and was very helpful. I watched on as she helped many others including making sure a patient new how to make there claim by going through the steps with them. Ange really stood out from the rest usually when you go to a clinic the staff behind the counter look unhappy it was so refreshing seeing someone who clearly enjoys her job.
