From the team behind the desk to my Doctor Kennedy and the Physio Chris. I've been looked after with care and understanding. They're always courteous. Rose, Joanne who always recognises me and makes me feel welcome and like a person... not a number. The ladies (treatment room)who gives me the needle ( that i hate) but they put me at ease. Pathology and Christine who helped with my plan. Doesnt judge, treats me as a woman. Thank you to all the staff at Bertha Street. I really appreciate knowing you are close by.
We made this medical centre our family centre. After our daughter referred us to a doctor there. This centre has plenty of services to offer, so far I have seen practitioners for these - GP, Physio, Blood tests, Nurses & practitioner for my personal Care Plan. The GP's here have varied qualifications that they all specialise in. The reception staff are very good, helpful & easy to talk with very polite also. I care for one of the patients that attends this medical centre and I couldn’t give them anything less than 5 stars. The staff and Dr Fan are so friendly and supportive, they actually care about there patients which is very hard to find these days. The nursing staff get a big shout out as well as they do impeccable work with dressings, vaccines and always having a smile on their faces regardless of how difficult the patient is. I’ve had a great experience at Bertha Street Medical Centre. The staff are always welcoming and organised, and the doctors actually take the time to listen instead of rushing you out the door. Booking appointments is easy, the wait times are reasonable, and the place is always clean and comfortable. It’s one of the few clinics where I feel genuinely looked after. Highly recommend.
