Outstanding Support for a First Home Buyer. Mia represented the seller in the purchase of my first property, and she was personable and professional throughout the process. She communicated clearly, was approachable and responsive, and helped make the transaction feel straightforward and well managed. As a first-time buyer, I appreciated her professionalism and the way she handled the process with clarity and courtesy. A positive experience all round, and I would happily recommend Mia as an estate agent.
Karen Chen was extremely hard to deal with, always telling fibs. The rest of the team at Elle have been great, however I do not recommend Karen she told my partner that the laundry leak will be fixed & it has been 9 weeks without a response! Terrible service, if I do say myself.

His local knowledge gave us confidence that we could achieve this and that his team would handle everything well on our behalf. He ensured we were kept well informed at every step of the home improvement and sales campaign process, even whilst we were overseas on vacation.
Time Efficient Agents. Mia and Karen were amazing from the beginning. Communication was five star and their time efficiency with getting approval for my rental was the fastest I have ever experienced. I had approval within 24 hours of applying and picked up the keys 3 days later. Friendly, great communication and time efficiency are the ingredients of great customer service! I will be recommending Mia and Karen from Belle Pyrmont in the future.
