We have self managed our own commercial property consisting of seven retail spaces for approximately forty years.Recently we engaged John Vaccaro from Belle Commercial to take on the role as property manager of our investment property. Klaudia is ridiculously diligent. Somewhat annoyingly so, but she gets the job done to an exceptionally high standard. She always answers the phone or if not calls straight back, she’s an expert negotiator, and she’s also very personable. If you’re looking for a professional commercial agent who knows the industry absolutely back to front, she’s your agent. I’ve dealt with many many commercial agents over the past decade, and if I were going to choose one to lease my property - hands down would be her.
