We have self managed our own commercial property consisting of seven retail spaces for approximately forty years.Recently we engaged John Vaccaro from Belle Commercial to take on the role as property manager of our investment property. Where is my money I would be very careful using Belle Property Commercial. As an owner I have been expecting rent to be paid into my account over 5 days ago. However I am yet to receive funds. Throughout the past 6 months or so it has been a complete nightmare to get paid. Additionally so many broken promises especially from George Malouf and his colleague James.
