In the past I have been a landlord, bought and sold property so I’ve had really positive experiences working with real estate agents. Where is my money I would be very careful using Belle Property Commercial. As an owner I have been expecting rent to be paid into my account over 5 days ago. However I am yet to receive funds. Throughout the past 6 months or so it has been a complete nightmare to get paid. Additionally so many broken promises especially from George Malouf and his colleague James. Clare Elder at Belle Commercial is without doubt the most efficient and reliable managing agent I have dealt with. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing property management.
George Malouf has been a complete professional in helping us to lease our property at short notice. His attention to detail is outstanding and nothing is ever too much trouble. We are very, very happy with the outcome he has achieved for us. We highly recommend him.
Our property manager is Claire and she has been delightful and so professional to work with. We've had another property managers in the past that have been a nightmare and Claire has restored my faith in realestate agents!! Highly recommend 🙌🏻
