We have been very impressed with our latest Property Manager, Claudia, and also our last property manager, Jess. Claudia has been great since jumping on board; she is quick to respond, diligent in chasing things up, and has good interpersonal skills with us as the landlord but also with the tenant. She has really helpful even though we have been looking to sell. Very thankful to both these property managers.
