Had Bell Plumbing call recently to unblock a toilet. As only one toilet in the house, they attended the same day. Was not a minor blockage and as it was a late afternoon call, the Technician informed me they would have to arrange to further investigate the next day. I recently had "Bell Plumbing" handle some plumbing work at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They supplied and installed a new adjustable pressure reduction valve along with all the necessary fittings, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. **Extremely Disappointed – Proceed with Caution** Our experience with Bell Plumbing was extremely poor. The work carried out at our property was substandard and ultimately required rectification by another plumber. Most concerningly, they failed to reconnect the stormwater drain after completing sewerage repairs—an unacceptable oversight that caused further issues. Disappointing service. Early this year we had a blockage, called Bell they are kind enough to show up in the arvo. But the guy had no real equipment so was surely an unsuccessful attempt (we got charged anyways). Next day another guy showed up and unblocked with electric eel ($650 in total). Within 2 months we blocked again. We decided to get another company to check and they found not only tree trunk, also leak in the pipe.
