Early in the year we inspected a property for rent and met Venessa from Belize. She took interest in our big move from NSW and set about helping us find the right place. The house went on the market not long after and sold quickly. Our experience with Belize Property has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. From the moment we moved in, we faced multiple breaches of tenancy agreements, lack of communication, and serious negligence on their part. 1️⃣ Unannounced & Unauthorized Property Visits – We experienced multiple unannounced visits, including homeowners knocking on our door without notice, sending tradespeople to the property without any consultation or legal notice.
