Our experience with Belize Property has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. From the moment we moved in, we faced multiple breaches of tenancy agreements, lack of communication, and serious negligence on their part. 1️⃣ Unannounced & Unauthorized Property Visits – We experienced multiple unannounced visits, including homeowners knocking on our door without notice, sending tradespeople to the property without any consultation or legal notice. Belize have a fantastic team. Having been a landlord and also a tenant I know the importance of finding the right Real Estate agent. Communication is key, Venessa was kind enough to keep me updated with any issues or questions I raised and was very responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending the Belize team!
