Our experience with Belize Property has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. From the moment we moved in, we faced multiple breaches of tenancy agreements, lack of communication, and serious negligence on their part. 1️⃣ Unannounced & Unauthorized Property Visits – We experienced multiple unannounced visits, including homeowners knocking on our door without notice, sending tradespeople to the property without any consultation or legal notice. I would never recommend Belize Property to anyone. From the beginning, we experienced poor communication, unannounced visits, and complete disregard for tenant rights. The home owners showed up at our door unannounced, tradespeople entered without notice, and they even measured our fence while we were away—without informing us. We moved in on March 5, 2025, and immediately discovered a cockroach annd pest infestation. We reported it with photo evidence, yet nothing was done.
