Aemilia is a patient, considerate and thoughtful instructor - guiding me through two introductory individual sessions so that I was more confident adapting to a group session. She has a easy, informal and relaxed approach but is very attentive and tailors her guidance.
Amelia is amazing! I hurt myself whilst working out and was EXTREMELY lucky that Amelia had an opening to see me almost immediately and I've now been seeing her for fortnightly sessions. She has also been working with the trainers at the neighbouring Snap fitness to make sure that I'm doing the right exercises to gain strength and prevent further injury - I feel like I have a physio guardian angel!
Amelia is my go to for any issue, I know I will always get great treatment, advice and a practical rehab plan to get me back to normal functioning. Highly recommend!
Aemilia is a knowledgeable and caring physio who loves her job and loves solving problems. I've had significant lower back and shoulder problems that I thought I wouldn't recover from but Aemilia provides a structured and realistic framework of exercises and massage in order to heal and prevent future occurrences.
