Do not trust this company. After being in the property for 16 hours, we asked for our money back and to check out due to serious safety concerns. We were never informed about builders and concrete lorries arriving at the property, which was completely unsafe for our two young children. Builders were given full access to the house, and we later discovered a spare key had been left in our door, leaving us vulnerable with all our belongings inside. As a loyal Marriott Gold member for over 7 years, I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced under the Marriott brand. Fantastic location and so spacious for 5 adults. Apartment had everything we needed. Walking distance to Gabba and Southbank where there are heaps of restaurants to eat at. Hosts were great and provided everything we needed. Would thoroughly recommend and will stay here again.
Our family had a very nice experiences with the staff. We have two children and two dogs and need find a house to live in for 2 weeks. Belocals offered us a nice discount for long stay and accept our dogs to stay with us. Throughout the whole stay they keep in touch with us to meet our any requirement. We will definitely choose them again next time.
The Property was clean and adequate space for 3 adults, every appliance was user friendly, I felt at home and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is some sensor lights or more lighting down the incline to unit 4 as in the evening it is a little unstable walk way, and a lamp in each room for night sleeping. But it was a very convenient area to base yourself in Brisbane.
