Do not trust this company. After being in the property for 16 hours, we asked for our money back and to check out due to serious safety concerns. We were never informed about builders and concrete lorries arriving at the property, which was completely unsafe for our two young children. Builders were given full access to the house, and we later discovered a spare key had been left in our door, leaving us vulnerable with all our belongings inside. What a beautiful homely chateau. From the moment we arrive it felt like a second home. A beautiful balcony off the bedroom looking over the Brisbane river. Had everything we needed and felt cosy and warm. Will definately be back again.
As a loyal Marriott Gold member for over 7 years, I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced under the Marriott brand. Really enjoying our stayed in this place. Neat and clean house with very comfortable beds. They have everything you need for a short stay. And with a walking distance to Mango Hill shopping mall, makes this place even perfect. The host is an efficient communicator, she gave clear infos to make sure your check in and settle smoothly. Highly Recommended.
We stayed at this apartment for a little girls weekend away. It was absolutely lovely, very conveniently located, peaceful and quiet. Beautiful gardens to look at and plenty of local food and amenities. Would book again.
