They were always helpful, in fact went above and beyond. An example is our tenants moved out early and as a result the home was going to be vacant for about six weeks. make sure you check all septic systems on the properties for lease especially at prosper st howard raw sewage seaps all over the backyard and owner wont do anything about it. don't get stooped like past tennents did.
