Certain doctors are actually really good. Would highly recommend Dr Khan! Service/Reception are miss or hit - have had days where I have been promptly helped and others where I would be on hold for an hour and it would automatically time out and disconnect. I don't mind the briefness of consultations too much - its just a natural consequence of the bulk billing system. If you want longer, suggest you pay a bit for a private billing session.
