Both of my children love Bambino's Fairwater and have so much fun here every day, telling us all about their great days. My eldest started in 2020, and we have always been very happy with their care. All the staff who have cared for both of our children over the years have been caring, considerate and fantastic educators. My daughter just started at this centre 3 days ago. Our previous experiences when I drop her off, was constant crying and latching onto me not wanting to go. As she transitioned and the crying stopped, she still didn't look forward to going to daycare. However, at Bambinos, the last 3 days, we had no crying and no latching onto me. She has had the best 3 days and watching her educators update the App has put me as a mother at more ease. I have a background in childcare so my standards for care is quite high. I have moved both my kids a few times as I have always found an issue with each centre, from hygiene standards to educational content standards. The level of care both my sons receive from Bambinos Fairwater is outstanding. We have been here for a few months now and I have not looked back once! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this centre. There’s constantly rubbish and toys piling up behind the fence, polluting the area and the water that’s home to local wildlife. At first, I assumed it was just the kids tossing things over but then I actually witnessed a staff member throw rubbish over the fence. Completely unacceptable. If that’s what the educators are doing, it’s no surprise the children are following their example. This is lazy, careless, and shows zero respect for the environment or the community.
Bambino Fairwater is a wonderful centre. My daughter started when she was a toddler and stayed until she s about to start kindergarten. I had Ms. Linda looked after my daughter in toddler class and Ms. Stacey and Ms.Redina in her preschooler class. My daughter came home happy and told me about her day. I went to work everyday and trusted these beautiful ladies to look after my daughter. And they did wonderful job. I know that my daughter is safe and happy.
