I have never met such a rude person! Our vendor had hired their services as they were cheap. Incredibly slow to do their job & Kylie was shockingly rude. When I asked her why she was being so slow on the final step (we had made the appointment with the estate agent based on what our vendor had agreed with her & had driven nearly 2 hours to be there) she told me to F off. She then accused me of being abusive & told me that she could do as she pleased. You really do seem to get what you pay for

We have used Ballarat Conveyancing twice now, and have been most impressed with the excellent staff and professional conduct. We had the most difficult settlement you could imagine, seriously, and Kylie and her team handled it very well, were very helpful and ensured we got over the line and with adequate compensation. Complete lack of knowledge and professionalism As a purchaser do not use them as your conveyancer, and more importantly stay away from the sales contracts that they are the vendor’s conveyancer Or u will end up in a lot of unnecessary troubles and losses! I would have negative stars if that was an option here!
