The least efficient business people I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Kylie didn't turn up at the final signing, shop was closed even though it said open, they didn't provide quotes on their charges, settlement costs, stamp duties etc, despite repeated requests. The final costs were not calculated correctly and had to be done by me. Conveyancing information sent to them in error by real estate agent. They did not contact the agent to clarify the email despite it having another conveyancing agency listed in the documents. Communication was so poor it felt like a scam.

I have never met such a rude person! Our vendor had hired their services as they were cheap. Incredibly slow to do their job & Kylie was shockingly rude. When I asked her why she was being so slow on the final step (we had made the appointment with the estate agent based on what our vendor had agreed with her & had driven nearly 2 hours to be there) she told me to F off. She then accused me of being abusive & told me that she could do as she pleased. You really do seem to get what you pay for
