I lease a property from Baird R/E Cessnock, through Lara. Dealing with Lara has to be one of the most positive experiences I have encountered when leasing a property. 10/10 for property management.
We rent through Baird R/E and we find them great. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. We find that we're left to enjoy our house peacefully. Renting through them is hassle-free. They also make sure the houses are up to great standards, following through on maintenance requests etc.
