I was searching on the Internet for a new walker, one that would fold flat, and found exactly what I wanted at BSmart Living B Smart in Caringbah. I needed to check one of the specifications which I did via a direct email and was answered very promptly the following morning. Phoned shop and spoke to Josh. Drove to shop met Josh who helped me fit product to my leg to protect it….decided it was what I had to have to help prevent knocks and bruising on my right shin. Excellent service by the young man…went home a very happy lady. Good old fashioned service.
