Mike Dale and the team at Axis have been looking after me and my fitness goals for years. As someone doing a heavy training load focusing on Ironman Triathlon amongst other endurance goals, it’s so important to have good people in your camp who are knowledgeable and care about your goals. The team at Axis is amazing. They have helped me deal with lifelong chronic pain, guiding me to build strength at my own pace and always responding appropriately to my pain levels. I recommend their services to people all the time.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough for those with chronic pain, post natal or post surgery injuries. Their practitioners are very experienced and trauma informed and focused on rehabilitation and quality of life for their patients. It is a very safe and inclusive practice and I highly recommend their clinic for those wanting to get back into excercises after surgery, injury or chronic pain flares. I went to see a physio here on a recommendation from a friend. The original injury is now fine and I started doing pilates as well. I feel much stronger and little niggles in the lower back are feeling better. The small classes and individual attention mean you're much more likely to get a good outcome.
Having been a client at Axis Pilates studio about 6 years and the Axis Athletic Performance Lab studio for 2 years, I have recently decided to move on from both businesses which is a big decision I did not make lightly given I supported these businesses as a client as well as strong advocate for all those years.
