I saw a flyer asking for 5 star reviews and had to give my homest opinion. They are all about the money. Many of the services we bought here for have been cut since my mum moved in. 3 examples. 24 hour carer on call. NO MORE!!! 7 day restruant NO MORE. Aveo handling the internet NO MORE. Buyer beware!!
We have friends living here and it is such a wonderful atmosphere with lots of social events on offer
Living at The Clayfield has given us a very relaxed lifestyle - no lawns, pool or maintenance of our home - and experiencing the convivial lifestyle Aveo promote. Beautiful surroundings, large selection of activities and good residential relationships. A very loyal, caring staff.
Had to go there to pick up for an estate sale and was not where I would want my loved one to end up...Dirty , dusty + dead creatures + more and more dust, but she had such nice furniture..money was not an option. Not a cheap place to be live in I’m sure because of the location. Please do your inspections of the current tenants and get your opinion
We initially considered it but found the road noise to be unacceptable. The location is terrible for a retirement home as it’s on a very busy Sandgate road intersection.
