I would like to say how much I appreciate Natasha and all that she does for us here in the Village. She is always kind, approachable, and proactive, and nothing ever seems too much trouble for her. She has a wonderful personality and makes everyone feel welcome and cared for. Just wanted to acknowledge the fabulous work Natasha is doing as our new Village Manager. Natasha inherited a lot of maintenance and repairs even before TC Alfred hit and she has stoically worked through it all so professionally and calmly to get things done! As any Manager knows it is very testing receiving complaints and appeasing people who have issues. Natasha is a pleasure to deal with and I thank you for employing such a great new Manager.
Southport Gardens is a very good place to live the residents are friendly it is centrally located close to all services.
Old Dated and no green open spaces for when family and grandchildren visit,no Privacy and I am currently Looking for another home..it looks just like a houso, place.Glossy brochures great marketing but the reality is very different.Further more appart from a couple of cameras, there is NO security here whatsoever.
