Mingarra Village is my home. My Mingarra family surrounds me. I know I have their love & support as they have mine. My late husband & I moved here nearly 6 years ago as he was facing surgery for a double leg amputation. We couldn't have made a better choice. The staff were so helpful & kind along our journey, easing the way when possible. Now, living on my own, I feel safe & protected. Mingarra is a very special Village & I consider myself so fortunate to be able to call it home.
Fantastic village and my parents really loved living here in their unit which is the most important thing but I have to admit to being disappointed in the process of selling and the very small percentage left from the sale for our family after my parents passed. Read the fine print and seek expert advice before purchasing is my recommendation.
Navigation is horrendous without detailed instructions. Has an address on Mount Dandenong Rd, but entry is via Wicklow Ave. Streets are named, but all numbers are based on the Mount Dandenong Rd address. Unit numbers haven't been added to google maps to facilitate modern navigation - it's almost like they don't want their residents' children or grandchildren to visit. Units are fairly nice with decent layout, though obviously volume builds.
