We have been looking for a new home close to family. Have looked at a number of retirement villages but our feeling from Aveo Manly is how friendly the residents we have met are. Every single one has been so friendly. I'm sure our rating will go up after we move in.
My Mother and I have been in AVEO Manly Gardens for coming up 5 years . We feel the management is excellent, they converse with us with any problems that arise. The community of the village is great and we have never felt more safe than living here . I love my little garden and as you can see from the photo, have made it my own again with help from the extended management team.
Moving to Manly Gardens was a wonderful choice. The staff and facilities here are wonderful. Management and maintenance staff are always positive and extremely helpful. Heidi, Cathie and Jordan, you are simply the best support team for our community.
I am relatively new to the village, having moved from the UK directly here. Beautifully maintained grounds and bright and welcoming communal areas. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working and give residents a sense of security right away. There is always something to do and trips out, social days and evenings arranged. We have a strong and active residents' committee, who work hard for us. I would recommend this place and feel fortunate to be here and lucky that I found it.
My husband and I have been in Manly Gardens Aveo for 11 years. I was 63 and recommend this early age, it helps in many ways. Wynnum Manly area has so many benefits. The waterfront is so relaxing. Good food, coffee, shopping, medical, walking, gyms,sport and clubs. Our community in the village is what you make it..
