Extreamly happy with the care at Lisson Manor for our elderly mother. Staff are excellent and always very helpful and so positive. Lisson Manor is tastefully decorated, and scrupulously clean. Bright and cheerful. A variety of activities are on offer with an appointed theatre for films. Very comfortable seating. Would strongly recommend Lisson Manor Hawthorn, Victoria.
My mum has lived at Lisson Manor for nearly a year and she’s very happy. The staff are wonderful and caring, the community is warm and welcoming, and she loves the activities, food and surroundings. It’s given us real peace of mind knowing she’s well looked after and settled.
Absolutely appalled that this facility has made no attempt to get its residents vaccinated against Covid19. It's the 7th June 2021 and my mother has not yet been approached for the vaccine. Fortunately another family member took her out to a mass vaccination hub. Aveo clearly don't care about their residents.
Wow, we are so fortunate to have our mother being a resident here, she was taken to hospital after a fall, and being 91 was basically neglected at the hospital, my brother contacted Lisson Grove and they have gone above and beyond to get our mother home, we are soo thankful to all the staff who contributed to getting mum home and and making us all happy, her well being has been amazing, and so has the care thank you love Aveo!!
