I just settled my first property with APS. At first, I didn't know what to expect. However, they beat any of my expectations and beyond!! Purchase price 365K. Valuation 426k!!! Mind blowing.. Above all, every team member was an absolute delight to deal with and always there to support you and guide you during the process. I couldn't recommend APS enough.

Got a bread and butter deal with aps. Very happy. Got in at below market price of 370k. Little bit of repair work, property is worth low 500k now. APS put me onto my property manager as well very happy with everything. Planning on doing another deal in 25
