From front to back APS is a well run machine. Halfway through my second deal with APS and the level or service and knowledge around how to plan and scale my portfolio is invaluable. I've also just completed Sams school of property course and this has provided a far better baseline to understand the strategy and the lending structures used to scale, also inspired me to go hit a few bicep curls in the garage.
