We own an Australia hot water system. When it came down to the warranty the charged us $600 for work they had to come out multiple times to fix. The stated everything they could so they did not have to honour the warranty. I would be very careful purchasing a hot water system off them

Australian Hot Water replaced our gas water heater and were absolutely brilliant to deal with. They came out to quote some different options (we considered moving to electric), and after choosing to replace the gas unit, it was installed 48 hours later. Angus, the installer, was absolutely great - prompt, polite, and did a super tidy job. All competitively priced too. Can’t fault them 10/10 recommend.

The guys did a great job installing a Rinnai Infinity 32 gas hot water system on the side of our house. They also removed the old and very large hot water tank. Very friendly, zero mess, no questions were too much trouble. Great service. Very happy.

I would definitely recommend Australian Hot Service - North (Mona Vale). Our whole experience from customer service right through to the final install of our new Rheem Hot Water Heat Pump system was exceptional.
