Absolutely zero communication from the company. Shoes got returned due to a post office mixup, they signed the return. I’ve sent three emails trying to follow up about a redelivery or refund and have gotten absolutely nothing back. Really disappointing and I paid for two pairs of shoes so it’s like $100 down the drain.
I bought a pair of Navy Starfish Classic 3.3 arch Support Thongs 10 years ago.(Vintage photos attached) They are the most comfortable I ever worn.I decided to replace them with the exact same pair, as nothing compares with them.
Aussie Soles has been our preferred casual footwear for many years now & have nothing but very positive feedback about them. Their product quality, communication, delivery & availability has been nothing but excellent so what more can one ask for. As you can see by the photo we are Aussie Soles "must haves" & highly recommend them.
They are very low quality thongs, don’t waste your money on them and they won’t give you any warranty on any of their products.
Would be great to actually have communication from this company…. Ordered a week ago. Have received nothing from them. No product, no tracking, no correspondence. I had to ring them myself on Thursday and was told my thongs would be sent on Friday. Clearly not because I still haven’t received a tracking or dispatch email. Very disappointed as I’ve always had great service in the past (haven’t bought for 2 years though). If I hear nothing tomorrow I’ll be requesting a refund.
