Luiza was professional and welcoming from the moment I booked my appointment with the clinic through to the entire treatment process. Dr. Swathi was amazing with my treatment, she truly has angel hands! I could hardly feel a thing. I would recommend this clinic! The customer service was perfect from start to finish.
One of the useless dental clinic I never had this much worst experience. I went for general cleanup & small filling - sent all past x rays as well. Dentist does nt have time to look at the past x rays. She is in hurry to take next patient, within 5 Minutes she completed my cleaning & charged 300+ Dollars for the service, which is ridiculous amount. Incredibly friendly service and super professional dental work from a crew who seem to love what they do. I Cannot recommend these guys enough, I usually dread visits to the dentist but I always have the most pleasant and positive experience at Atwell Smiles. Special shoutout to the lady behind the counter, for being one of the friendliest people Ive ever met.
The quality and warranty of the works and staff are lacked of excellence. Been spending almost 8K to replace my denture. One of teeth was broken and one of the denture just fall off as of no glue on it, these happened in six months. And they've no warranty of the work quality and had to pay more for fixing it. My last denture last me for more the 10 years before need replacing or need repair.
Feels like the first time I’ve felt heard by a dentist - Dr Chowlam and Dr Kumar have been fantastic during my treatment. Very transparent around what treatment options are available and the costs they incur. I needed emergency care this week and the clinic was able to see me within a couple of hours, and were able to quickly manage my pain.
