ATRAX Services Pest Control, Nowra, have taken over my annual pest inspections now that my original provider warranty period is over and I couldn't be happier. Did a great job going through checking all the walls and throughout the roof space looking for termite activity. Did the insect treatment around the property. Talked to me about the chemicals used and how they only affect certain species (I have dogs so chemicals in the yard is always a concern). Very happy with the service and value for money.
We had our place sprayed (indoor) to prepare for our relocation and the personnel who did it was very informative and friendly. Karen was also very helpful in scheduling our outdoor spray on a day that will suit us best. Highly recommended!
We highly recommend Atrax. We used them for a termite inspection and they were so accommodating fitting in with us (we are a holiday rental property). Karen was a pleasure to deal with in regards to making the appointment and keeping in touch with arrival times etc. Aden was a true professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, punctual and friendly.
