We engaged Atkinson A/C to complete an annual service and apply corrosion protection treatment on our units A/C system. From the first contact, through to completion, we received prompt and professional communication. The service technician was very thorough completing the service and provided a number of recommendations to enhance the operational of our unit. Overall, a great experience from a great team! Therefore have no hesitation recommending Atkinson A/C

Atkinsons Air took on my beast of a job and did it with professionalism and efficiency. 3 indoor ducted units and 5 indoor spilts all hooked up to 2 large VRF outdoor units. This would be a big job for a new install, but this was a total remove and refit of an old Fujitsu system that had come to EOL. Not to mention, the new system is now cabled differently entailing new control cables throughout the whole house, meaning holes everywhere!! This job was not for the slight of heart. We recently had a new AC system installed by Atkinson's Air and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial site visit through to completion, they were professional, easy to deal with, and great communicators — including a text on the morning of the install with an exact ETA, which set the tone for the day. The job turned out to be more involved than expected and the team were on site until around 7pm — they stuck with it without complaint. Atkinsons Air did my original a/c unit supply and installation including extras. Andrew has always been patient, informative, and reasonable to deal with. David did my most recent annual service, and even remembered being on the original installation team. He was friendly, polite, and happy to answer any questions I had onsite. Great follow through and always a pleasure.

This was our first time using the services of Atkinsons air conditioning and we were not disappointed. The technician arrived on time was courteous and listened to our problem. Before he serviced the unit he found the issue we had and fixed it straight away. They just charged us for the service which was a nice surprise. Thank you guys for going that extra mile to help your customer.
