Joel and the team were very professonal.. Taking our the old aiarconditioner was a challange however they managed it very professionally without any complaints. It was raining and they very very careful to put down sheets to protect as much of the floor etc asthey cood. A great job. Thank you Atkinsons
Had a split system not working, called on Friday morning hoping to get someone out but booked up. Recieved a call later in the day and they were able to come on Monday at 7am, service guy was fantastic, explained what he was doing and got into it. Very happy with the service and also pricing. We recently had a new AC system installed by Atkinson's Air and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial site visit through to completion, they were professional, easy to deal with, and great communicators — including a text on the morning of the install with an exact ETA, which set the tone for the day. Really happy with our Air Con service by Darcy this week. Only a couple of days between phone call and appointment booked. Darcy was extremely polite and obviously knew what he was doing and arrived exactly on time. We would have no hesitation in having Atkinsons back next year to do our service. Thank you.
