Best rental experience . Julia and the team from Astute Reality have been so kind and helpful through cyclones, floods and some pretty extreme events in the last year. I am extremely grateful for their calm , considerate can do approach and for making my tenant journey so easy. WOEFUL experience. Less than 1 star if I could! As an owner of a property in Coomera I trusted Astute however that turned out to be an enormous letdown that cost me thousands! Owners are supposed to trust their realestate to ensure a suitable rent is received based on CMA (comparative market analysis) and condition of the property.
