Changed my life. Hitting middle age required I actually do something about my fitness, especially to keep playing social sport. Luckily I met Chris shortly after opening her Mt Claremont clinic and under the guidance of exercise physiologist Alicia I'm now the fittest and strongest I've ever been. Chris and her team have created a welcoming, supporting and uplifting community of all ages. I recommend Aspire to anyone one looking for a new physio or exercise physiologist.
I hired a Game Ready and Compex from Aspire for ACL recovery and the whole process was brilliant. The hiring was so straightforward and Chris was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. She provided clear, detailed advice on how to use both machines, I hired both machines for a month which made such a difference in those early stages of recovery after surgery. Highly recommend Aspire to anyone looking to hire these or needing support for recovery!
I had an amazing experience at Aspire. I went in for back pain from playing padel and saw Chris, who was incredibly professional and friendly. She took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the exercises step by step. Her guidance has really helped with both the pain and preventing it from coming back. If you’re active, dealing with a sports-related injury and you’re looking for a knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist, it is definitely the best place to go.
