Changed my life. Hitting middle age required I actually do something about my fitness, especially to keep playing social sport. Luckily I met Chris shortly after opening her Mt Claremont clinic and under the guidance of exercise physiologist Alicia I'm now the fittest and strongest I've ever been. Chris and her team have created a welcoming, supporting and uplifting community of all ages. I recommend Aspire to anyone one looking for a new physio or exercise physiologist.
I have recently had a full knee replacement, and needed to find a physiotherapist who could provide the right exercise treatment for my rehabilitation. Chris Goonewardene is my physiotherapist at Aspire and she has guided me on suitable exercises, movement and improving my strength post surgery. I hired a Game Ready and Compex from Aspire for ACL recovery and the whole process was brilliant. The hiring was so straightforward and Chris was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. She provided clear, detailed advice on how to use both machines, I hired both machines for a month which made such a difference in those early stages of recovery after surgery. Highly recommend Aspire to anyone looking to hire these or needing support for recovery!
