Very pleased to have purchased sand filter from Kyle at Ashmore pool supplies.Kyle explained my options regarding fibreglass v plastic filters.Was so happy to pick an Aussie manufactured product . Kyle sharpened his pencil and offered me a fair price which is getting harder to find.Was delivered and installed on time and professionaly fitted by Jason who was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave me great advice and tips about pool maintenance.No hesitation in recommending Ashmore pool supplies.
I contacted Ashmore Pool Supplies & Services last Friday for an emergency pool clear prior to our scheduled weekend open home. Hannah was extremely helpful and had a tech sent out to the property within a matter of hours. She kept me updated throughout the process which allowed instant communication to our Vendors. The overall quote was affordable and they provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.
Had a great experience with Ashmore Pool Supplies. I booked my service online, and Kyle arrived on time, which is rare these days. Being a bit of a novice with pool maintenance, he was more than happy to answer all my questions and help teach/advise me on best practices. He tested my equipment, quickly identified the issues, ordered new parts, and returned promptly to fit them. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would definitely recommend getting in touch with these guys to look after your pool.
Always friendly and helpful. I like that they don’t upsell you on chemicals if your pool doesn't need them like some stores often do. Prices are competitive and they have all the stuff I need for the pool. Highly recommended.
