Whether it’s pain alleviation, strengthening ligaments, muscles, tendons - Michael has a routine that works for you based on the ability of the person. I’ve been seeing Michael for years off and on and his technique is unparalleled. I’m very greatful to him for all the work he’s performed with me and his homework pays off ten fold. Michael is very thorough and explains everything as he goes. He provides you with exercises to do at home. I have only been twice and noticed a big improvement in my flexibility and pain I had.

You can not find a better Physio. Michael takes his time to explain, provide exercises and tips to ensure he doesn’t have you coming back as often as other Physios would like. I have never left an appointment without being amazed and without feeling better than I did when I first came in.
