The team was extremely friendly and gave me a repair time frame that was less than half of all the other repairers. I was worried about the inner wall of my van conversion needing to be ripped up and rebuilt for access, but the team was able to keep to wall and electronics behind it in working condition and even reinstalled it for me lessening the impact to my business, above and beyond my expectations. I would like to thank the team at Armstrong Automotive repairs for the amazing repair they did on my wife's Rav4. The detail they went too to provide us with a show room finish to our much loved car needs to be applauded. The paint work is flawless and from Perry who is a master of his craft, having spray painted for over 35 years. Thanks heaps and keep up the good work.
I had a very disappointing experience with Armstrong Auto. Initially, they advised that the repairs would take four weeks, but when I went to inspect my car, I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. I pointed out that the side mirror was not brand new as they claimed, yet they insisted it was, which was untrue. There was also a knife cut on the side bumper. Armstrong Automotive Repair Centre in Clayton were very good. Great communications fast and efficient work. I went over seas for 1 month and car was ready to drive away when I returned.
Efficient, organised and very polite. It was a small job and I had the car back in two days instead of the week that was quoted. I am very impressed with everyone I dealt with.
