I had a very disappointing experience with Armstrong Auto. Initially, they advised that the repairs would take four weeks, but when I went to inspect my car, I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. I pointed out that the side mirror was not brand new as they claimed, yet they insisted it was, which was untrue. There was also a knife cut on the side bumper. The repair job was great, but I cannot say the same regarding communication. I found that I was the one that had to initiate question s about completion time etc, and was caught between yourselves and Budget Direct.

I'm absolutely amazed by the team at Armstrong's!! They have gone above and beyond to insure I was updated throughout the whole process. It felt like nothing was too much for the team to handle. After picking up my car after repairs I could tell straight away these guys are all about quality. I highly recommend Sam and his team !!!

Recently attended Armstrong Automotive for an evaluation after an insurance claim. Sam and the other staff were polite and sincere. They could have suggested a large repair for my car, but instead fixed it on the spot for me. Great value and great service, I would recommend.

Armstrong Automotive Repair Centre in Clayton were very good. Great communications fast and efficient work. I went over seas for 1 month and car was ready to drive away when I returned.
