Went to their site Not what I was after. But they sucked out my info and then constant harassment messaging annd spamming Asked them to stop the spamming and got abuse. Never would I buy from a business like this. Be careful!
Terrible service, gave me the run around when i wanted my deposit back. according to the consumer act of Australia, they have to tell you that the deposit is non refundable and not just have it in the terms and conditions. I was told they cannot refund me my deposit on a canopy because they had to ship it from Victoria to Queensland for me and that the deposit went to the cost of the shipping, however, when i was in the shop paying the deposit the sales man said they have one in stock and could fit it immediately. 0 Star if I could. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Paid a deposit on 9 July for a canopy installation. On 13 July, they confirmed 21 July as the earliest available installation date, which I accepted. On 20 July — ONE DAY BEFORE INSTALLATION — they emailed saying they were fully booked and asked me to reschedule to the third week of August. That is completely unacceptable, so I requested a refund. Very disappointed with Armorman. I bought a Bushmaster bull bar for my 2025 GWM Cannon XSR. Armorman were adamant it fitted the model. Whilst the bar itself fits, the bash plates do not. I had to pay $700 for a bracket to be fabricated so the centre bash plates could be secured properly as it did not fit. Also, the bash plate does not provide adequate coverage underneath. Sold me a canopy with rooftop platform and everything was faulty, multiple leaks, light replaced twice because they aren't waterproof and locks failed 4 times. Check his response in the text below. Absolute scumbag thief
I’ve bought a trailer from you guys and I still can’t get it licenced because the rav hasn’t been done? I purchased it in July last yr and was told I would get the trailer in 12 weeks. I don’t receive the trailer until December. Once I recieved the trailer none of the electrics worked. I took off the panel to find there was a fire and the radio was melted in the back! Fitting instructions for bull bar are terrible, they forget to tell you a lot. Holes that don't line up to where they should be. When contacted they say just drill another hole. You pay good money for a product that just doesn't fit the way it is supposed to. Would not recommend to anyone.
