The end to end process was extremely smooth and stress free. Winnie, the receptionist, was lovely to deal with during appointment booking. And Daisy, the stylist, was lovely and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. We spent time discussing what colour would suit me and Daisy delivered exactly what I wanted + beautiful styling in the end to complement the look.
