My rental property and I cannot wait to part company with Annette Rolt and Aqwasun. Thankfully she has sold her rent roll to another agent because her handling of our account has been nothing but woeful since she lost a previous Property Manager (the original PM we signed up with at Aqwasun). The handover is on the 1st October and I was only notified a few days ago, why was that???
