Selling͏ experience was excellent and streamlined. They were able to attend to every detail. My rental property and I cannot wait to part company with Annette Rolt and Aqwasun. Thankfully she has sold her rent roll to another agent because her handling of our account has been nothing but woeful since she lost a previous Property Manager (the original PM we signed up with at Aqwasun).
