My rental property and I cannot wait to part company with Annette Rolt and Aqwasun. Thankfully she has sold her rent roll to another agent because her handling of our account has been nothing but woeful since she lost a previous Property Manager (the original PM we signed up with at Aqwasun). The handover is on the 1st October and I was only notified a few days ago, why was that??? Selling͏ experience was excellent and streamlined. They were able to attend to every detail. Professional knowledge shared all the details if selling explained thoroughly but also both Annette and Aaron are lovely to deal with. Very courteous and queries were encouraged.
