We recently moved to Newcastle and needed to pest inspector who would thoroughly offer advice on a prevention plan. we are located in a bush prone land so their is more risk of termites. Shane was very professional and patient from the very first phone call, he explain the options and we booked him into do an inspection. he came over and spend 2 hours plus checking our house and offered pest solutions. Nicest guy you will meet. Fantastic, on time, professional service. His attention to detail is next level and his follow ups are beyond expectations! Unlike previous pest services that have squashed air conditioning ducts and left mess everywhere, his services specifically treat certain areas of your house! Well worth hiring for the job!
