A great company to deal with. From the initial consultation, which was done in person, not with someone just looking at Google maps. Always Solar didn't try push a certain product or over sized system. No hidden fees. They handled all the behind the scenes paperwork and authorisations. I already had enphase Micro inverters so my choice was pretty simple, to get the same battery system. Jackson, Cameron and the team did a great job on the install and got the system up and running. I highly recommend Always Solar.
We have had Always Solar upgrade our solar installation from the old 5kW three phase system to a 15kW hybrid inverter with a 40kWh battery. The consultation, installation and follow up support have all been 1st class. The workmanship and customer relations is excellent. Always Solar recently installed batteries to save power generated by our solar panels. We are very happy with the service provided They discussed the options with us , prepared the paperwork on our behalf and kept us informed. The workers are competent, courteous and careful. It was a pleasure to have them at our house and the area where they worked was cleaner after they left than it was before they started.
Exceptionally happy with these guys .. they have really looked after us the entire way. From open & honest quoting & advice. I got a few quotes but Jackson from Always Solar gave me the most confidence with his endless patience and straight forward answers. He addressed my questions and concerns respectfully, and all the staff were courteous and professional. I'm really happy with the final product and the installation went smoothly.
