I had to move out due to an issue with my unit’s drain system which caused my entire unit to flood almost TWO MONTHS ago. I’ve begged and begged and begged for a refund of my rent money…. and nothing…. up until today, nothing! I’ve left emails, I’ve went up to the office multiple times, and they said they’re “working on it.” I called the RTA myself to get my bond money back (management received my bond money originally and did the “deposit” for me) only for RTA to tell me that my bond isn’t even in their system. I have never posted a review or complained about a business in my entire life (it’s something I find rude to do and unnecessary) but I feel obliged to write something for anyone considering staying here. The rooms are fitted with extremely outdated and old furniture and the place is incredibly dirty and worn. If you think the price for a room is too good to be true, it certainly is. I lived there for 9 months. Not a single issue. The complex constantly being kept clean. Pets control done. There is an option that you can bring in your own furniture which is very handy. Friendly and descent people living in the complex. In addition to that, Remilda is a legend. Always helpful, friendly, patient and always smiling. Thanks for the wonderful time I had in Altitude complex.

Expect to wait up to 3 years to get repair requests approved. Not to mention they'll try and charge you illegal fees when you move out.

AVOID if you are a student. The noise and inconsiderate management (deliberately scheduling hugely interrupting maintenance across exam times every semester) will mean your grades will suffer. If you are an investor, this is a bad investment as all students leave after a few months because of bad treatment and very high costs.
