I have been attending the Altaira Allied Health clinic located on Main North East Rd.Campbelltown for the last couple of months. After recovering from open heart surgery and hip replacement I am finding the staff very professional and caring in their capacity to deal with my physical and even mental well-being.I highly recommend this service.
Going to the Flex and Fortify classes on Mondays has been an amazing way to kick-start the week. Daniella is an amazing physio who really gets the best out of you, making sure you get the perfect balance between low-intensity exercises which are yet very effective.
