Simon is a very knowledgeable professional. He is thorough and courteous with an abundance of skills to treat . I presented with newly acquired vertigo and Simon eliminated several causes which left only one diagnosis and a treatment plan and tips to alleviate an otherwise difficult condition. The practice is busy, on time and Debbie at reception was courteous and efficient and a pleasure to be greeted by. Overall I highly recommend this practice and of course especially Simon in his specialties.

I’ve been coming here for the past five months following a car accident, and I’ve felt genuinely looked after every step of the way. From the warm welcome at reception to the exceptional care from Rushlee, the team has been fantastic. You can really tell they care about their clients and take the time to understand your needs. I always feel supported and listened to—highly recommend!
Iv had some tension on my neck and asked Simon if he could help me out and he was brilliant with some light needling and some muscle massage I felt very good after the session, he also sent me some exercises to follow through with and we discussed my training routine to get back into some regular workouts. Alpha are a great team, I will be using again in the future.
My first visit with Dylan and he was very helpful, thorough and asked plenty of questions. They are polite and have ongoing appointments. I am dealing with a chronic condition and appreciated the attentiveness shown to provide some solutions to try. Thank you Alpha Team
