I had a pleasant experience at Alpha Physio on my first visit. I was treated by Dylan who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and gave a clear treatment plan to fix my issue. Couldn’t recommend him enough! If anyone is looking for a good physio, they should definitely visit here :)
Great communication from Andrea and Simon before our visit. Matthew really stands out from other physics we've tried, his proper hands-on treatment was exactly what our young athlete needed. He's thorough, explains things clearly, kept checking how it felt and adjusted the pressure and spots perfectly, and you can feel the difference straight away. Highly recommend!
Was my first time at Alpha. The Receptionist greeted me warmly. My physiotherapist was Ainesha. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She explained the process and explained the different parts of my knee structure which was very informative. I was pleasantly surprised as she gave her full attention to my problem. I would definitely recommend them👍

Friendly, professional staff. Matt was great. He listened and took a detailed history before proceeding with treatment which included dry needling and simple exercises. Highly recommended
