I've been attending Blacktown Dental Surgery for more than six years now. The team there, and particularly Dr. Nahid Sayma, have shown a high degree of professionalism and patient care. Dr. Sayma herself is knowledgeable, patient and thoroughly explains the dental conditions and procedures in plain language. Most of all, she has a very gentle pair of hands. Hat's off to the BDS team!
Quality services with care for all dental needs. It was a good visit for my child’s dental appointment. Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. Doctor was really helpful and knew how to deal with children and perform duties with professionalism. The place can a bit more tidy. As usual like other dentist it’s expensive 😕😕😕
It's my second time there today and I booked in for 11.15am today. Sitted there until 11.50pm and the receptionist didn't even tell me that the dentist gonna be late. I might as well just cancelled and go for another dentist nearby. The first time I went here was fine because emergency tooth removal and I had to wait around 2 hours first time. But this time, I waited there for 35mins and get told I should have come back at 2pm later. So I have no idea what this receptionist is doing at all.
Dr Sangita Devi is an excellent orthodontist. She has been treating my daughter with braces and has shown great care, patience, and professionalism throughout the process. She explains each step clearly, which really helped my daughter feel comfortable and confident during her visits. My daughter feels reassured and well looked after every time. We are very happy with the progress of the treatment and highly recommend Dr Sangita Devi to any parent looking for a skilled and compassionate orthodontist.
