Working with Shaun and his team was great, as we needed some plastering, electrical and carpentry done really quickly between a whole swathe of other trades during a renovation. The whole team was professional and prompt, and the quality of the work is exceptional. It made it so much easier that Alleviate sourced all the subcontractors and we had one main point of contact. We had a tricky repair required to a couple of walls. Shaun was excellent when he came and quoted. Explained clearly and exactly what would be needed and took the time to make sure I was happy. Mark who came and did the work was excellent. He was very skilled, polite and careful. We are extremely happy with the end result. Sean and his team were really great. Very easy and quick communication, and very tidy workers. They plastered and painted our kitchen/living room ceiling in just a few hours each day. Painter covered and protected everything for us, which was super helpful.
We were assigned Alleviate plaster and paint to fix our property following a tree branch falling on our home and coming through the roof in the kitchen/dining room area. They were fantastic! Firstly the plasterer who cut a hole in the ceiling to apply a new ceiling patch. I was worried the patch would show but not at all even in different lights.
