Working with Shaun and his team was great, as we needed some plastering, electrical and carpentry done really quickly between a whole swathe of other trades during a renovation. The whole team was professional and prompt, and the quality of the work is exceptional. It made it so much easier that Alleviate sourced all the subcontractors and we had one main point of contact. Escaping water from an evaporative cooler badly damaged our ceiling. Garret removed the toxic insulation and plastered safely while Soheil used the exact premium paint we requested. We had a tricky repair required to a couple of walls. Shaun was excellent when he came and quoted. Explained clearly and exactly what would be needed and took the time to make sure I was happy. Mark who came and did the work was excellent. He was very skilled, polite and careful. We are extremely happy with the end result. Sean and his team were really great. Very easy and quick communication, and very tidy workers. They plastered and painted our kitchen/living room ceiling in just a few hours each day. Painter covered and protected everything for us, which was super helpful.
