Working with Shaun and his team was great, as we needed some plastering, electrical and carpentry done really quickly between a whole swathe of other trades during a renovation. The whole team was professional and prompt, and the quality of the work is exceptional. It made it so much easier that Alleviate sourced all the subcontractors and we had one main point of contact. We had a tricky repair required to a couple of walls. Shaun was excellent when he came and quoted. Explained clearly and exactly what would be needed and took the time to make sure I was happy. Mark who came and did the work was excellent. He was very skilled, polite and careful. We are extremely happy with the end result. Can't say enough to describe the level of customer service, amazing work done or just the interactions with everyone. Flawless plastering and painting, did random things (replace skirting boards, etc) without it being a problem. The painters WORKED ON A SATURDAY to ensure they got the job done on time. So good.
