Dr. Courtney Lai is by far the worst dentist I have received treatment from across decades of dental care. The result was permanent, unabating, debilitating pain and a filling so overtly misshapen — with a large overhang — that it would be considered clinically unacceptable by any standard of care. Prospective patients beware.
Receptionist was friendly and efficient. It was my first time with dentist Dr Janice Ip and she was profession and kind. I will look forward to seeing her again.
