We received great advice and support from Karen during our spa purchase. The sale and delivery went smooth, and Glenn expertly commissioned the spa and took us through using it. Every interaction with the team at Spa World is a pleasure, so we keep going back for all our spa needs and follow-up advice. We are very happy with our Soul800 spa and use it even more than we expected. We are very happy to recommend Spa World to friends, family, and the community.
The staff at all spas were exceptional. The delivery was faultless even though the soap had to be lifted up and over fence. What a professional company. Would recommend them to everyone.

Professional and friendly service, delivery and installation was a breeze and after sales service is amazing. I bought a fisher 5D spa, the staff did everything they could to get it delivered in time for my sons 18th birthday and they pulled it off. It was a real hit for his party. Staff were helpful and communication was outstanding. I’m a very happy customer
