We spoke to All Spas as we were concerned with the amount of chemicals that we were told to put in our swim spa by another pool shop. As a result, we changed to a different regime to maintain the water quality in our swim spa. We now use a lot less products and the water is softer and crystal clear. I had a very negative experience with this company and would not recommend them. Communication during the time of service was extremely poor and resulted in a very expensive and useless service.
We have just recently put in a spa in our back yard and we had been looking for a few weeks at a few companies for advice and prices being very unsure of what would suit our lifestyle and budget a friend recommended that we look at All Spa in Albion Park. Glenn is an absolute legend when it comes to spa repairs and advice for maintenance. We previously had really bad advice and Glenn quickly identified the problem and fixed it. And he did a house call on his last day of 2023 at 5.30pm which was totally unexpected but we can now use our spa over Christmas. We will not go anywhere else’s for our spa needs- if I could give him 10 stars I would!!
