I have found my visits to Aligned therapies extremely helpful for various complaints. The treatments are also very informative and educational. Anita listens carefully then constructs and explains a detailed and easy to understand plan for the treatment. I am learning how to use my body properly and am stronger and more body aware . Also as an equestrian rider I am more balanced and riding better than ever . I highly recommend Aligned Therapies .
I’ve been going to aligned therapies for a while now since I have dislocated my shoulder last year early may and I have had massive progress. When I first did my shoulder I went to Anita to help and I got better but probably went back to playing volleyball too early, then I dislocated it again. For six years before Aligned Therapies I was finding no progress in addressing any of my injuries, at any other physio. The past year here has made huge progress with my specific injuries, overall alignment and posture, and strength. Felicity has been so kind to help with everything - massage, exercise routines, acupuncture, advice - it's all made such an impact, can't express how much this has made a difference in my life!
Anita has been looking after me for many years, going every 3 months to keep my back and neck and everything else moving freely and properly aligned. She has an easy, delightful, caring manner and she has been a wonderful help to my Mum and my daughter too. I almost never walked in to this hidden gem of a place. Dr Felicity is the best of the best. Her knowledge, listening and level of attention to the human landscape and hyper mobility has helped me and taught me things for the first time as a 39 year old and I’m am forever grateful. Thank you 🙏
