Anita has been looking after me for many years, going every 3 months to keep my back and neck and everything else moving freely and properly aligned. She has an easy, delightful, caring manner and she has been a wonderful help to my Mum and my daughter too. I’ve been to aligned therapies a few times and have also recommended my husband. I have seen both Alyce and Felicity. They’re both incredible! Their consultations are very thorough and they help you feel heard and they’re genuinely invested in helping you. I love coming here and always feel like I’m making progress. Shout out to the lovely receptionist too who is great to chat with also 😊
I have found my visits to Aligned therapies extremely helpful for various complaints. The treatments are also very informative and educational. Anita listens carefully then constructs and explains a detailed and easy to understand plan for the treatment. I am learning how to use my body properly and am stronger and more body aware . Also as an equestrian rider I am more balanced and riding better than ever . I highly recommend Aligned Therapies .

I’ve been going to aligned therapies for a while now since I have dislocated my shoulder last year early may and I have had massive progress. When I first did my shoulder I went to Anita to help and I got better but probably went back to playing volleyball too early, then I dislocated it again.
