I honestly don’t know what I would do without Anita and the team at Aligned Therapies. Anita is one of the very few physiotherapists I have found who can genuinely put me back together when my body is not cooperating. Her knowledge of hEDS, hypermobility and the complexities that come with them is exceptional. I have found my visits to Aligned therapies extremely helpful for various complaints. The treatments are also very informative and educational. Anita listens carefully then constructs and explains a detailed and easy to understand plan for the treatment. I am learning how to use my body properly and am stronger and more body aware . Also as an equestrian rider I am more balanced and riding better than ever . I highly recommend Aligned Therapies .
I’ve been going to aligned therapies for a while now since I have dislocated my shoulder last year early may and I have had massive progress. When I first did my shoulder I went to Anita to help and I got better but probably went back to playing volleyball too early, then I dislocated it again. Aligned Therapies provide exceptional physiotherapy and osteopathy services. The practitioners are very skilled and knowledgeable in all areas. I have had treatment for many injuries. Every time I was given follow up exercises and stretches to do to further assist my recovery. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.
For six years before Aligned Therapies I was finding no progress in addressing any of my injuries, at any other physio. The past year here has made huge progress with my specific injuries, overall alignment and posture, and strength. Felicity has been so kind to help with everything - massage, exercise routines, acupuncture, advice - it's all made such an impact, can't express how much this has made a difference in my life!
