I had my first session with Lewis and was incredibly impressed. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything in thorough detail throughout the appointment, taking the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what I could expect. I left feeling informed, confident, and genuinely optimistic about my treatment. I highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for a caring and highly professional physiotherapist.
Just did my physio appointment with Lewis on 13/5/26 and it was great! I really liked his vibe, and he definitely knew what he was talking about. He made me feel really comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. My injury doesn’t require weights at this stage, but he’s given me exercises to work on until my next appointment Tuesday morning at 8am. Already feeling positive about the recovery process. I've had a great experience with Louis. He's friendly and easy to talk to, and our sessions always involve enjoyable conversation, regardless of how busy of a day he’s had. What stands out most is how accommodating he is. When I raised a new issue that came up unexpectedly today, he adjusted my treatment plan to address it without losing sight of the original plan. He's professional and makes me feel listened to and well cared for.
I had my first appointment today at AlhaCare Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation on Georges River Road, and I have to give them a shout-out! I'm always a little apprehensive about seeing someone new, but Lewis was absolutely wonderful. As someone who has worked in the fitness industry, I’ve seen my fair share of bad Physio’s. Lewis is definitely not one of them! His approach is client specific, he is passionate about his job and really cares to make you better. Can in with a random lower back strain that caused spasms, within a day and a 45 minute consultation I was right back to deadlifting and squatting.
