I had an appointment at Akme Beauty in Ivanhoe for the very first time today. My treatment was provided by Lia and I couldn't have been happier. I was nervous when I arrived, but Lia's professional, calm and gentle nature immediately put me at ease. She explained everything she was doing and didn't proceed until I was comfortable. She always checked in on me to see how I was going and I am definitely happy to proceed with my next three scheduled appointments. Thanks so much Lia for a very positive experience : )
I have been going to Akmè Ivanhoe for 12 months now. The lovely Lia takes such great care of me! When I first started going my greatest insecurity was my congestion pimples on my cheeks and acne scars on my face. Lia has since put me onto a four week schedule of skin needling and peels with LED. Natalie is absolutely amazing!!! I came here getting filler for the first time and I was so nervous but she helped me through it so much!!! And I went in wanting something too big for my face and she was so kind and professional about it and we decided to go for the 0.05ml and I’m so glad I trusted her it looks so beautiful! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else 😊.
