We recently had both ducted and a split system installed by Asset Associated Air and could not be happier with the experience. Asset AirCon replaced our old ducted system with a new one 5 years ago. Recently we had cause to call in another company to fix a leak in our ducting after disputing the payment process with Asset. What the new people found, and documented, staggered us. Just had two Daiken units installed today by your team. I put in an online request for an inspection about 9pm Saturday night and to my surprise I received a reply about ten minutes later. A person arrived at my place on Monday, assessed my concerns with the current aircons, recommended two replacements. A quote arrived later that day which we accepted and the units were installed within the week. Refreshing to have a company so prompt and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

This business was excellent. From the communication with the office to the detail and care the field team took, I was blown away. They moved and re-gassed a wall unit in a tough spot, and when reinstalled, they did a sensational job.
