Shocking company! After using Asset Air four years ago and having a good experience, we have since used them this past year and realised that the new owners are just terrible to deal with, they absolutely are there to just take your money! We have spent over $4000 to have the same issues time after time. There is no standing by their work at all. Just more quotes that get higher and higher. We chose Asset Airconditioning to replace our aged ducted air conditioning system. We couldn't have chosen a better company. It displayed professionalism from go to wo. Our system was replaced ten days after the onsite quote and the young men we dealt with knew their work and were good people. A special shoutout to Andy. An excellent tradesman and a lovely guy as well. I would highly recommend this company.
We recently had both ducted and a split system installed by Asset Associated Air and could not be happier with the experience. The entire process took just two days, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. All the guys who installed the ducted were great!! But a special mention has to go to Daniel, who was with us on both days. He was professional, efficient, and such a genuinely lovely person to have around our home.
